I want to thank everyone over at JSBJJ for all the hard work and dedication towards my training. You guys are a great staff, with topnotch facilities and instruction that will surely propel any student to the highest skill levels. The instruction is really what sets JSBJJ apart from the rest as there is constant attention to detail and making sure that every student knows the techniques before moving on.
You guys are great and best of luck in the future!!

Jersey Shore BJJ provides a great atmosphere for learning and developing grappling and various fighting techniques. The school suits the objectives of aspiring fighters as well as those casual BJJ enthusiasts. Coming from another academy, I couldn't be happier with my move. The instructors are very knowledgeable and technique oriented, which directly reflects onto the students. JSBJJ has a very welcoming environment where students help each other out and everyone is very down to earth.

In the past years I have been in and out of various martial art schools. I have always enjoyed practicing various disciplines but I never was able to find a school where the environment and teaching styles complimented my desires. After two years away from wrestling, and any other forms I practiced, I found Jersey Shore BJJ. JSBJJ was the first school where I immediately felt welcome, despite the fact that I was new.
Everyone at the school was more then willing to help me make the transfer from a wrestler into a grappler, and not one person carried an ego regardless of skill level. The Instruction here is the kind that is difficult to find in the sense that they are devoted to improve the students abilities in anyway that is necessary.
Jason Scully and Greg Killian went above and beyond my expectations as to what I was looking for in Instruction and training. Having been away from the school for almost three months now, the pending two weeks till my return to resume training cannot come fast enough. Thank you to all at Jersey Shore BJJ for providing an amazing and effective training environment.
Brian Luciano.
Jersey Shore BJJ is a great place to train - whether you're a professional cage fighter, or just someone like myself, looking for a way to blow off some steam after a hard day of work. You'll find a variety of people from all walks of life, with various levels of skill and experience, and everyone of them will be friendly, polite, and willing to work with you to help you learn.
The instruction is top notch, and the multiple instructors present slightly different approaches to the game, so you can pick and choose the moves that work best with your style and body type. The classes are conducted in a way to avoid bombarding you with too much information. Instead they pick a certain position or series of moves, and break it down until you understand the technique inside and out. The same applies to the boxing class. They focus on simple, high percentage moves that are easy to learn, rather then teaching you flashy, highlight reel moves that are tricky to master and rarely work.
If you're looking for a place to train, a new hobby for your spare time, a way to loose some pounds, or are interested in competition, I recommend you check out Jersey Shore BJJ. If you're new to the sport I guarantee you'll be impressed by the friendly atmosphere. If you're transfering from another school (like I did) you'll be thrilled with the quality of instruction the club provides. Either way, with the free trial you've got nothing to loose, so come on down and check the place out.
